Parents' Alert

  • Seek prior appointment to meet concerned authorities.
  • Alerts/Advisories/information/Greetings are shared with the parents by means of school Whatsapp groups.
  • In order to know the child’s progress and well-being, it is essential for the parents to attend Parents Teacher’s Meeting.
  • In case of any mishappening the student is given first-aid in the school and if required he/she is referred to hospital.
  • Parents are to give their formal consent for E-trip/Excursions, Participation in school events or outside premises.
  • Kindly refrain from sending a sick child and if important the parent to accompany.
  • Parents and guardians of the students are requested to cooperate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline.
  • They are also requested to follow the rules/guidelines issued to them time to time so as to facilitate the smooth functioning of the school.
  • They have to make sure that fees and others dues are paid by 10th of every month failing which a fine of Rs.5/-per day will be charged.
  • Home work diaries of your ward should be checked from time to time.
  • Parents are not supposed to shout, speak loudly, use abusive language or derogatory remarks within the premises for any member of the staff.
  • Function of the School Diary: It is obligatory for the parents to read, understand and follow the instructions, as well as check the diary regularly for any remark or communication from the school.
  • Ensure that the child is well groomed and in proper and neat uniform while leaving for the school.
  • Prior intimation should be given to school for any leave/absence taken by your ward. Leave taken on medical grounds for more than 3 days require submission of medical certificate.
  • Parents are solely responsible and liable for any type of injury, damage or losses to their
  • ward during any activity of the school, during sports, during onward/return journey from the school in spite of all the precautions taken by the school authorities.
  • Any change in residential address /telephone numbers should be informed to school office Immediately.
  • School Management reserves the right to change, add or delete any of the content here in without prior intimation.
